Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of plants, trees, shrubs, or other live plant material once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Arrivals
We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund review, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the plant(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Consideration
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are willing to work with customers when plants arrive damaged, severely stressed, or otherwise not in acceptable condition due to shipping issues.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Store credit
- A replacement plant (when available)
Conditions
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control
- Damage resulting from improper planting, care, watering, weather conditions, pests, or neglect after delivery
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
