We reserve the right to delay shipment when necessary to protect the quality and condition of our plants.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Peachtree Gardens LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plants
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case individually and work with customers to determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Some plants may be restricted from shipment to certain states due to agricultural regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped to a customer's location.
