Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the plants and packaging.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our sole discretion.
